Who we are

Pridesys Resources Sdn. Bhd. is a Penang-based technology solutions and system integration company. We supply, install and maintain security, sound and IT systems for businesses and organisations across a range of industries.

Our work covers CCTV surveillance, public address and sound systems, visitor management and access control, guard-tour clocking upgrades, cabling, UPS and alarm works, and the supply of desktop and laptop computers. Clients deal with one team from site survey through installation and after-sales support.

Iqbal Yusoff

Mohamed Iqbal bin Mohamed Yusoff

Chief Executive Officer

Iqbal brings more than 35 years in the security industry, from 1988 to the present. He began in operations management at Kopersai Setiawan Berhad, served as Senior Manager at Watan Waja Security, founded IQ Security Sdn Bhd as Managing Director, and is currently General Manager of Arrow Shield Security Sdn Bhd. He holds an MSc in Security Management from the University of Leicester and a Master's degree from Heriot-Watt University, and is a Council Member of MITD and SWISS.

Amierul Shafique

Mohamed Amierul Shafique bin Mohd Iqbal

Operations Director

Shafique leads operations at Pridesys. He has also been part of the Arrow Shield Security Sdn Bhd management team for more than four years, handling security operations, client service reviews, incident reporting, contracts, audit documentation and RBA compliance. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business and is pursuing an MBA at Charisma University. He is TAPA FSR 2023 Standard Technical (non-auditing) certified, has completed RBA Code of Conduct training and is a member of PENSEC.

Admin Director

As Admin Director, Mastura oversees the company's administration, including documentation, quotations and invoicing, records and office coordination, supporting the management team and our clients.
